Health screening:
For health screening purposes, we recommend testing for several days using one of the following schedules: 2 hours after meals. If the device mostly shows a positive result (i.e. the paper strip shows a pink color), the risk of high glucose level is high. The increase in glucose due to food is not properly consumed within the two hours after meal. Please seek consultation with a doctor for further examination if this test has positive results consistently.
Glucose consumption monitoring:

• We also suggest users to perform the test in the following pattern to better understand the glucose changes due to food or exercise:
• 1 and 2 hours after meals (e.g., dinner) - this allows the user to see the effect of glucose elevation and change trends from various types of food;   
• Before and after exercise - this allows the user to see the change in glucose levels from the exercise.

Note:

• Kiss & Tell does not measure glucose level that is below normal. Therefore, it is not suitable for patients who need to monitor low glucose conditions, i.e. Type I diabetic patients or patients using insulin.
