Nekka grows 100% of the rice that is used to make our products locally in Tadami. It is Japan's smallest distillery, using only rice to make Shouchu. Our company owners own 6ha of rice fields and only produce "Gohyakumangoku" & "Yumenokaori" which are used especially for sake-brewing. By using the beautiful rice, grown in the Fukushima prefecture and by using "Kirameki yeast technology", we are able to develop and distil a rice spirit called Shochu.
