Hong Kong Toys Council (HKTC) was established in 1986 under the auspices of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), a fully independent statutory industrial organization in Hong Kong.

The Council aims at promoting and fostering the interests of Hong Kong toy industry from both local and international perspectives. HKTC endeavours to raise awareness of international product safety standards among the industry in view of the increasing demand for higher product

1. To organize a wide variety of activities including seminars, workshops to meet the needs and interests of the industry; 2.
